    This is the same design originally used on your 1.6 Miata. Don't change what the factory designed it for. Great seller.

    Installed in 2010 in a 20 year old foreign make semi-luxury car and it's still working just fine as OEM. As usual we remembered to install the vent hole up.

    This part looks exactly like the original manufacturer's part. I have tried other aftermarket brands and had problems trying to install them. If you have ever tried to replace a thermostat on a 92 Nissan Sentra with a 1.6 engine with A/C, you would know what i'm talking about. The other aftermarket brand is too long and is difficult to push to close the gap to get the (3)bolts on. This is the one to buy!
