What shipping methods are available?

AutoPartsWAY.ca uses a combination of shipping methods including UPS, FedEx, and Purolator. We choose the carrier and service level that best matches the shipping option you select at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship outside of Canada. If you would like to have your order shipped outside of Canada, please visit our USA-based sister site at AutoPartsWAY.com.

How can I estimate my delivery date?

Delivery varies based on your location and the warehouse where your part is available. Many ground orders arrive within 1–3 business days, though delivery can vary by region and item.

Typical transit times:
Economy: 5–16 business days
Ground: 1–8 business days
2nd Day: 2–3 business days
Next Day: next business day for qualifying orders placed before the daily cutoff

Where will my order ship from?

Orders ship from multiple warehouses across Canada. We automatically route your order from the warehouse network that best supports availability, delivery speed, and shipping cost.

What payment methods are available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cryptocurrency directly on our website. Available payment options will be shown during checkout based on your order and device.

Credit card orders may first appear as an authorization, and the final charge is completed when your order is processed for shipment.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our checkout uses secure encrypted technology to help protect your payment and personal information during transmission. Orders may also be reviewed as part of our fraud-prevention process to help reduce unauthorized transactions.

📦 Orders & Returns

How do I place an order?

Select your vehicle, browse the available parts, add the items you want to your cart, and complete checkout. If you need help before ordering, our customer service team is here to assist.

How do I cancel an order?

Orders move quickly into warehouse processing. Because of that, cancellations are usually not possible once an order is placed. In rare cases where cancellation is still possible, a cancellation fee may apply.

How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with your part purchase, you may request a return for an eligible item as long as it has not been installed, assembled, or damaged and it is still within the allowed return window shown in your account.

To start a return, log in to Your Account, open your order, and use the return option on the eligible item. A return authorization is required, and all return instructions must be followed exactly for the return to qualify for credit, replacement, or refund.

Important: Non-defective returns submitted for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee does not apply if the return is the result of an incorrect shipment by AutoPartsWAY.ca. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund, replacement, or credit is issued.

Electronic components such as lights, bulbs, ignition parts, relays, sensors, and switches may not be refundable if the packaging has been opened or installation has been attempted. Chemicals are non-refundable.

What is a core?

A core is the original part from your vehicle that you are replacing. Some remanufactured parts have a core deposit that can be refunded when the old part is returned according to the core-return instructions.

How can I check my order status?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also log in to Your Account at any time to view order details and tracking.

Will tax be added to my order?

Applicable taxes are calculated based on the province where the order is being shipped. The final taxes are shown during checkout before you place the order.
